COMY Has Been Invited to Attend the Meeting of CPCIF

Recently, the CPCIF Chemical Recycling Research Group and the Consumer Goods Forum (CGF) held a waste plastic chemical recycling industry chain dialogue at Alibaba Group in Hangzhou. The meeting aimed to connect the industry's upstream and downstream sectors and explore a regular communication mechanism, with representatives from Sinopec, PetroChina, LyondellBasell, SK Chihsin, Everbright Environment, Chemo Environment and over ten consumer brands in attendance.

The meeting discussed the current status of the waste plastics chemical recycling industry, the sustainable development goals of major petrochemical companies, and the carbon reduction advantages of chemical recycling throughout its life cycle. Representatives from consumer product brands and the Chemical Recycling Research Group engaged in a lively discussion on issues such as chemical recycling product brands, certification, and quality. The industry is highly optimistic about the development of waste plastics chemical recycling capacity in China.
